I've got no way to get underneath the car here. I don't have my own garage. I'll figure out exactly what's happening somehow. I know reverse gear can be a little funny Tassuperkart but is it normal that I have to yank the gearstick HARD a dozen times before it gets into reverse? I mean, I've had to ...

Trouble selecting reverse gear
Hello all, This issue has kind of always been there since I got the car. Sometimes when I'm trying to reverse park (it seems to be more favourable rather than reversing into traffic with a sticky reverse gear), sometimes it just won't get into reverse gear unless I pump the clutch a few times. I've ...

I don't know the details of the ethanol issue. If they are still selling it, I suppose it must be alright....or you'd hope so. I'll throw caution to the wind and just deal with the consequences as/if they come. I'm starting to wonder if the crash has knocked my front wheels slightly out of alignment...

Could do. I thought that ethanol can wear out your engine though. At the moment, the petrol I'm using has a percentage of ethanol. Yes, I had dramas there too. I didn't quite know the conformation of the petrol tank. It seems to be more like the VK Commodore I smashed rather than an N13 Pulsar. Kind...

The Automobile and Social History
Hey, I'm a big-hearted person with a long fuse...I've softened and mellowed with age. I didn't even defend myself against that idiot that side swiped me. It'll be hard to get an outburst from me. Ah well, I am a novelist to be. I have a lot of plotlines in my head. I think that car ownership is as m...

Ah, don't worry Turbo Z. Dude. I think political discussions are interesting. You did not offend me, sorry if it appeared that way. Since this my thread, maybe I can give people permission to talk about whatever they feel like. Randomness is the spice of life....just as random and misplaced an N12 i...

The Reswobian Tradegies: Chapter 2
Turbo Z. Dude, politics are there so that we can wrangle ideas. If you offend people, that's just part of the long discussion called life. Otherwise you'd be living in a police state if disagreeing with someone was a crime. And what is a XD Falcon like SET23L? Ah, dramas with the tyres. Three weeks ...

Hi SevPP and all, Yeah the steering is a bit crazy in my pulsar too. When I got it all the ball joints were worn so I really had to struggle to park the thing. I was sweating and hyperventilating from reverse and parallel parking the thing under the pressure of the Sydney traffic with no air conditi...

Loose Muffler
Hello all, :-) I am curious to know what this sound is coming out the back of my car. When I give it some solid throttle then lay off the gas a bit I hear this rattling grating noise coming from what I believe is the muffler being slightly loose and having a dance around. I've had this noise happeni...
