I thought that a 60-2 trigger + vr sensor is better then the old stock distributor!?
How many reading points have the stock n12 distributor?

How possibly could a 360 degree synch timer and a 180 degree trigger possibly have any influence on idling, part power or anywhere in the rev range???

Looks like a tight fit behind the radiator! Great work, seems to fit nicely despite the lack of space!
About that other thing... "Time and money for nothing..." well... it's a matter of opinion. You got rid of the distributor anyway. And thus you don't have to replace the distributor cap and rotor every now and then. Besides, modern engines don't have distributors.

Naww. He using multi coils, You can see them in the pix. Hes already on top of that! No point building anything decent if you retain a dissie cap and rotor to send you spark around!!TurboZ.Dude wrote:Looks like a tight fit behind the radiator! Hes gone and removed a perfectly working optical CAS trigger setup based on some incorrect or misleading information and replaced with a one off fabricated CAS setup somewhere else which cost money, took a lot of time to fabricate and will give NO benefit whatsoever!
Hardly a "matter of opinion" only!

To explain what I meant: from what I've understood, the 4-coil setup was installed only after the distributor was removed, so my point was that this operation to entirely remove the distributor resulted in the loss of cap and rotor, naturally. That could of course have been done without removing the distributor completely, I know. Useless operation or not, I was just trying to cheer him up. I'm sorry if I offended you, that was not my intention.
