just for something interesting to do. i've posted up some pictures of my ET from just after i bought it with some of the latest pics for a comparison. it was pretty ordinary when i first bought it but it's coming along.

this is a couple of weeks after i bought it.

this is a pic of the engine bay just after i melted a piston. my fault! a few weeks after buying it  this pic was taken as i started pulling it apart.

P.S. the smashed front lip was my fault, i didn't buy it that way. i hit a fox at 160/165kmh'ish. :D

hello hello. well today i got around to taking some happy snaps of my old white ET with the slimline headlights. a dude i know ended up buying it off my mate that baught it off me. he has done a nice job so far of bringing it back from the dead but still has a fair bit of work to do.
it's good to see he is taking it somewhere and not just stuffing it like my mate did! it was a very reliable ET when i had it! very reliable! :D

so here it is just before i sold it, without an engine and transmission between the front strut towers,

it's ass in the background,

and how it's looking now,

I like it! just needs some tint for those windows and a bath, but with the drought we can forgive the bath!

i agree with the tint, that would really set it off! it's on the way though. and a bath  :D
it still needs interior work and a bit more attention under the bonnet but it should be pretty scmicko when it's finished.

Ash.

You've done really well on your car Ash, and you mate is doing a good job too.
Does he want that vent from behind the LHR door?

if you have 1 Glenn how much? he hasn't asked but i'm sure he'd be up for 1.

i'm surprised no 1 has asked about the radiator in the black ET! :?
