i dont like the new scroll bar

As I said, I dont like the scroll bar ------->

when I type a long post, or go to copy a photo link from other posts I find the scroll bar fks up on me and wont stay down the bottom.
It seems to keep sitting up in the middle,
as I scroll down it doesnt like to stay down it pops up the middle again and jumps down and up every letter I press!!!

Is it me or something i'm doin or a fault in the system?

Does it to me aswell, it's a prick of a thing. I don't have the skillz to fix it, but perhaps Shane does...
