MINI loads n loads of pix ***56K warning***

This is my brothers mini for those interested
what it was on the first day it rolled in

the engine the colours have been changed

after engine was put in and the suspension wheels stick out 3"

everything you can imagine has been done to this car except turbocharged, the next step would be fuelinjection 12G different gearbox 13G dogbox sequential i believe, twin cam 16G sooo i think it will stay as it is for the time being

at the moment the car is waiting repair coz some guy rear ended my brother with a 4wd but it has to waitin until the et is finished

yeah me and him put in 3 years of everyday work and i mean every single day after work and its still not running we finaly had it going and then the crash so when its fixd up needs to be dynod and then should be rolling

you're in adel once its fixed ill drive by and you can have a look at it in person but might be a while

love the mini my dad use to race minis i had a couple but soon enuff im gunna build a turbo twin cam mini clubman so good luck with yours cheers leayr

noice!, like the orange and white mix too.

theres a mini here in Melbourne by "yellow brick racing" getting about with 1600 VTEC honda motor, race track only, but that little baby flies!

we were gona go wid a gti engine but this one has been bored to 1400cc from 1275cc and basicaly everything possibel done to it, can be used as a rally car very easily just need roll cage and youre off :)

thanks,
one of our family friends lives up in the adelaide hills and he drives like a maniac with some ford it takes him 45min from getting into the hills to his house, my brother did it with the mini in 15min at night no traffic and he saz he didnt use the brake once coz of the high compression just gear down :)

cant say its one of the most confortable rides but for us who love it its the best feeling just jumping in the car feeling every bump hehe using your spine as a shockabsorber:) hehe
