Stickers need to be binned sorry, stickers on panel work is 99 out 100 times a fail and you will regret it later. I considered it with mine running the brand list down the side doors, but thankfully decided against it cos it became really popular lol plus I didnt want to alert people(thieves, coppers, potential victims) to the cool stuff behind the dark tint and under the bonnet lol

but thats my opinion if you like it keep it :) I wont think any less of you haha

weren't you going for 'sleeper'?
if so, stickers blow it for ya.

try the tweeters there before you make it permanent.
they should really be within 30cm on the speaker otherwise the perception will be way out.
you will hear the treble before the midbass and it will sound disjointed. you will also find that the treble sounds a lot louder than the rest because it's blowing right into your face where the speaker isn't.

so yeah play it and move it around to where it sounds best. usually close to the speaker...

Thats why there's only 2 stickers, pirelli and magnex. The others were huge sound brands and would deff had my car broken into. Those 2 dosn't alert thieves, And I wont put nos and other fake performance stickers on the car watsoever.

Hey Joel,

Everyone already knows about my car, its a small town, news travel fast, i think my sleeper idea is already blown, everyone wants to know if my car is the 2.0 16v exa on the internet. That what i get for putting my car on the net  I may aswell make it a head turner at the same time.
I want people to look at it and say, wow, Thats a stunning car. I meant sleeper look as in, no huge alluminium wing, bonnet scoops, bodykits, big 5'' gauges on the dash, and the list goes on

The mids are in the dash, i think thats within 30cm of the vents no. The jvc speakers in the doors aren't splits. I have the midbass speakers in the dash, ill take a pic later and put it on. The tweeters sound very good, heaps better that before. There's a perfect balans between the midbass and treble.

Awesome! Those should sound pretty darn well for being 4-inchers! Almost looks like something from Focal, what's the brand of those?

Interesting flange btw... holes for only 2 screws, just like in the N12 dash! Nice find! I haven't ever seen that kind of flanges on expensive car speakers, only on those crappy OEM speakers that you can find in every other car from the 80s.

Have you put some kind of spacers between the dash and those speakers? Being mid-basses, it looks like they could thump right into the grill without a spacer of some sort.

Yeah, don't do that. Almost too much revving already there IMO. Great video though, nice to see what your car is like in "reality". Thumbs up! :D

Oh yes it does! It's just your computer speakers. :P

The speakers are from the starsound digital range, they were pretty expensive. They are realy good quality splits, i don't regret buying them at all.

I have put spacers between the speaker and dash. You're right, the speaker would bump into the grill and damage it, I had to put spacers on, now they dont even come close to touching the grill. i just took them off in the photo's :D

And thanx Jan, ill take some more video's during the week.

Nice videos! Engine sounds great too! Don't take it personally for this following thing I say (I don't enjoy saying this):

Be careful about where you're driving fast when making these videos (speed limits), cops might get a wrong picture of what this forum is all about.

It's not an illegal street racing forum, but a N12 Turbo enthusiast forum where people share ideas, get nostalgic vibes together about the old-school cars we're driving, share photos, and videos, sell and buy parts to our cars, and help each other out with technical issues!

I don't know how touchy cops are in South Africa or Australia, but I know cops over here are pretty touchy about any law that has been broken in any street driving footage.

I don't want to spoil your fun in any way, I just don't want to see cops closing down this forum, you know. If my comments make you sad, I'm truly sorry. I don't want to hurt anybody's feelings.

You realy think cops would shut down a forum because of some guy in South Africa breaking a speed limit. They break the bloody speed limit everyday. But i just thought id share them with you. Sorry
There's alot of vids on this forum that deff breaks the speed limit. And nothing happend. I also feel strong about this forum but cumon, And the coppers have to have proof to shut something down, The vids are deleted long before then. I realy just thought id share the vids ok.
