It's the nissan dealer software. Can be used to find part numbers and the like.

The files on that link that E gave are for the American, Japanese and European databases. I'm still chasing the Australian database. There is one on some patrol forums, but it appears to be arabic rather than australian (as far as I am aware, we never recieved the infinity's.

Cheers

No, I think we did. I used to collect 'Wheels' from 90 till 96, and I'm am pretty sure we did. It went up against the LS400 and Mazda 929 of the early 90's.
I'll have to have a looky. Damn mags have to come in handy for something!! :D

"Surprisingly, Australia was early in the queue for the Infiniti brand, with the 207kW/400Nm 4.5-litre V8 Q45 sedan launched into showrooms here in 1993, before fading from dealerships in 1996."
I understand the need for conformity. Without a concise set of rules to follow we would probably all have to resort to common sense.

From a quick squiz, they were listed in 'Wheels' from late 93 til at least June 97.
There looks like there was an engine update somewhere in the middle, as the listing went from a 4.4ltr to 4.7ltr.

lol yeah we got infiniti, ive got one!

there wasnt any 4.4lt or 4.7lt
its VH45, there is also VH41

i also have those wheels mags with the Q vs LS400

there was just over 100 sold in australia for $130k a pop
mine is actually a jap import, and there are even less jap specs in australia

i dont think there is an australian database as such that gets used in that version of Fast, i think its iniscom which is used for aus cars.
Ive got the complete microfiche scan of Local and Import N12's which list all details and part numbers.

pic of my Infiniti for good measure:
