Intercooler Question!

Hey Guys im looking to move my intercooler Below my radiator so i can fit
2 x Thermo fans on my et pulsar "CAUSE BRISBANE TRAFFIC IS SOOOOOO GOOD ><" i was wondering if im gona have to get it custom made or is there someone out there selling the piping etc for this setup?

Any help would be appreciated!

No one sells piping kits for these cars..All piping needs to be made from scratch or modify your piping you have now to suit the relocated cooler?

Or get a slim line thermo fan an wire it to a switch so when your in traffic you can have it going, You shouldn't need to move the cooler from when you have it now?

i have cut the back of the bumper and grill for a little more room with a 12" on the intercooler and a 9" on the back of the radiator, if i did it again i would leave more of a gap between the radiator and the fan and put the fans in between, but this one has been perfectly fine.

in this picture you can clearly see the one on the front, and on the back of the radiator you can see the smaller one where the wrap on the cooler piping is..

Now thats not a bad idea! How much airflow do you get past the cooler? Enough to keep rad temps in check?
