Timmzy, there are many "boutique" petroleum fuels suppliers who specialise in hot fuels for different applications.
C16 is a well known hot fuel many of the big boost boys like to run.
There are a couple of others with the "C" prefix for different uses.

Different fuels for different applications.

Apart from Nitro-methane, there is no "pour in" horsepower to be had from these tricky fuels.

a mate of mine with a quick Torry always used to run his lawnmower on C16! funny bastard he is. he'd use it just because he had it.

I didn't know there even was leaded race fuel any longer anywhere. I wish it was legal to use leaded race fuel on the street. It'd be a bit expensive though.

Lawnmower on C16? It's engine power output must have jumped up a third hehehehe! Has he dyno'd it?

leaded race fuel is illegal here on the streets aswell as nitrous.

the lawnmower is yet to be dynoed

he doesn't use it in his new mower. he killed his last mower by leaving it out the front of his house on full noise during an AFL/Aussie rules football grand final just to piss his neighbor off! it lasted right through the grand final too! ROTFLMAO!!!!

im a outdoor power equipment mechanic, i built a victa 2stroke up ported, shortened snorkel, higher compression. everything it lasted about 1 hr n over heated.
In the process of putting a t2 on a 6.5 honda motor.
making the exhaust now. harder than i thought but a hard task is a good one.
