Errrr mayyyte, this is not difficult to do.
Just take your block along to an engine reconditioner and ask for it to be bored to next oversize and supply and fit to your rods an ACL Duralite Piston E15et kit.

Make the dude happy and ask him to supply your full gasket kit as well.

ENSURE he is perfectly aware that its a turbo et engine and not an atmo engine and have it written down on a quote.

There you go. easy eh?

um you can work it out on the net i forgot the site tho im crap at maths but i think i remember somewhere in the region of 1518cc up from 1488cc. If someone told u that it takes it out to 1.7litre or something like that they are retards. Lol weve had a few guys come on here claiing 1.8 litre E15ets but that would require the E16crank and 180thou of rebore i think it worked out to be hahaha thats not gunna happen

From memory arouind the 270 to 300 mark M8.

Add about 40 per hole for bore and hone and allow prolly 10 to 15 bucks per piston to fit to rods.

Something like that anyway.

I keep saying this over and over again.
If you want prices for these kind of job, why dont you guys go and see an engine reconditioner and ask them for a quote on the jobs you want???
There does not seem to be any engine reco guys on this forum so we can only guess/speculate on how much particular parts and work is worth.

The internet/yellow pages is your friend.

180thou isnt as much as u would think but tehres not enough metal to do it thats all u'd end up in teh waterjackets.

well if you go the E16 crank you will need shorter pistons so that means either customs or machining the duralites down to suit(personally i dont see that as i ideal)
