Front Yard 1984 Nissan EXA Turbo

A friend has a 1984 Nissan Exa Turbo. It has been in his front yard for 10 tears and hasn't been running. He wants someone to take it on as a rebuild project. It is red in colour. Is it worth much? (Front right panel has minor damage.)
