your right, there iis heaps more clearance on the prairie than the et. I am prety sure it wont be a problem, but when the turbo motor goes in, with the stanard plenum, I'm not sure if it is higher than the standard, carby unit. It would be a nightmere to do all the work, then after I try to drop the...

Thanks E,
I would have thought you would have hated it,
I am really inspired to do it, the last few months, I sort of had a break (OK, lack of money type of break).
But now, I'll have those guards on by the end of the month. I hope.

I'm not sure how much wider they are, I forgot, I will measure them tomorrow. I think they where 65mm wider. Funny, I went to a lot of trouble to put the indicator there, I had to move them to fit. but the good thing about those indicators is that they sit flush with the guard. PS, its illegal here ...

Flares

I'm not to sure, I would have to get some exa guards (I have et ones) then donor flares, then do the work. I am happy, if there are a few people to make them and then get a guy I know to knock them out in fiberglass. I would guess if there are 10 people, this would drop the cost a lot. But, please t...

Well, I was thinking of doing it a few years ago, The Prairie in Europe came out in a 1.5l, 1.8l, 2l and 2l turbo 4WD. Not quiet sure about how they matched up the different engines and boxes; I guess they used some sort of adaptor plate. But getting info is near impossible and finding one in a wrec...

Yeah, I plan on using a ca18 with a jaycar fuel adjuster to tune it. I am planing to do a dyno before and after to really put to rest if the fuel adjuster is really worth it.
