Intercooler Help

Hey all. Im thinking about getting a 300x180x65 off ebay but I cant find anywhere to put it. I know about the slim thermo fans but it doesnt look like it'd fit even with them in. This agrivates me

lol it owuld fit EASY remove one of the fans(probably the one for teh aircon if you dont have aircon) and whack it ther. haha people are fitting 600x300x76 so im sure u can fit a baby one in or slide it behind teh bar and slot the bumper out for airflow lol really its not very hard at all with such a small cooler

i just installed my 600x300x75, squeezed it in, i installed slimline thermo fans, super cheap and choped and front bumper a bit

and bunged her in

Hmmm ok. I have air conditioning but the tank thingo needs re-gassing n stuff. I'll try super cheap n see how things go. Wheres the cheapest place to go for aluminium cooler piping?

cooler piping from any exaust shop thats where i got mine
we fited a 500X300X80 front mount with slim fans n radiatior in original position without any trouble

Aha, I'll check the local exhaust shop. Its a locally owned small business but its worth a try. How do you calculate the right lengths and bends?

I measured it all with my penis . that seemed to work well, all teh piping was the correct length

panda has such a big cock thata how he got the correct lengths lol, I was thinking the samr thing ages ago bud but just think, OK 90" bend here and here and here and 45" bend here, write it down and then buy some straight pipe etc..piss easy, don't use your cock tho like panda did to measure it bahaha...

Yer, as Baz said, dont use ur cock like Panda did as he was only able to measure the WIDTH of the piping.....like 2.5"!!!!!!!!!!!

Took him quite a while to measure out the rest of the piping tho at 2.5" per time eh???

its hard to measure at this time of year tho cos its so cold
