G'day Dillon, long time no see!
I work with a guy who built one for his Citroen. It's a ver 2.
He (we) did all the work in our workshop at work.

Works like a bought one. But it's on a bloody Citroen!!

Good to hear, most all of the feedback is good, especially being an open source project, no one opinion overrides another.

Good job on the CA18 ! bet it goes now. Just needs non-chrome wheels IMO.

I even found that someone is an authorised megasquirt assembler/dealer in the UK! That's good news from especially now that most of my budget has gone into the rebuild I know I can get that to run the whole show...Thanks for starting the post Dillon :D

Cool, let us know how you go.

I don't doubt it's success, was just wondering if there was one running on an E15, hence the topic.
Keep us informed guys.

Yeah agreed! Seems everyone is quite happy to help each other out as well, which is great.

Can't take credit for putting the donk in the car, but I've had to fix lots and lots of stuff on it so far.....might as well do the rest too!
And working on getting rid of the fully sik chromies....

Just a follow up from my readings lately ...

As we know from the previous page, the MS can drive the E15's single coil directly thats no problem.

But info for the distributorless CA18DET (with unreliable old coil-on-plug and CAS) is that you can reuse the Ford EDIS or GM DIS systems quite easily.

I am yet to find out the vehicle models here of use to us, most of the Aust Ford and GM 4-cyl stuff is just rebadged by Ford and GM, not made by them.

There are many writeups on the net about retrofitting these systems and aftermarket companies which support it....

Digging up an old topic:

I've did a MS install on my 280zxt at the time (5 years ago), used MSnS extra which controlled spark also, rev cut boost cut etc etc.

I got my unit from the states from Rodney Sparks (RSautosport) and a loom that he makes that has the wires labeled (printed on the wire)

It appears the latest version has rectified alot of the shortfalls of the MS system that I used in the day, the main being the tiny VE maps.

The install takes alot of research and decent electrical knowledge.

I have recently acquired an ET turbo and am highly considering the MS install again, removing the complete EFI loom and running a new MS one. This time with WB O2 and closed loop.

Anyone recently had any more experience on the E15 setup?

Mat.
