Post by RoadRacing »

Hi!

Soo, I have understanded that in AUS, you have somekind of bodykit stock in the ET?

I want something to add my ET exterior.

Here is my stock ET, in here it's called Cherry.

Do you know if I can get front spoiler or etc, somewhere europe?

Postages from AUS are unbelievable!

Have anyone tried fitting some other car spoilers? GTI Golf, or something?

Please help, my car looks like shit!

pink! awesome hahah

Im not aware of anywhere in Europe that you can get a body kit for the car.

To be honest i think the N12's look best with just a Lower front lip, and a basic rear spoiler like the ET's have from the factory. Any more is just over doing it.

Bjorn (from Sweden, who is on this forum) ended up making his own bodykit but down from a GTI or something like that
heres a picture of his car:

you can find more info of his car at
http://www.woken.se/index.html -- swedish if you can read that
other wise http://www.woken.se/index_e.html for english

heres a pic of my car as an example of just having the simple front lip and spoiler.

The only good bodykit for the N12 is the stock ET bodykit IMO, it's a shame that they didn't manufacture these anywhere else than Australia. I'm planning to get myself a full (Australian) ET bodykit. If you want to get yourself an Australian standard ET bodykit, one idea could be to collaborate and buy two kits. One for you and one for me, this way we could share shipment costs, taxes, and customs fees. The only problem is to find somebody who has two kits on his/her hands...

But there is one problem with your model; the stock ET bodykit doesn't fit if you plan to use the plastic 1985 model bumpers. You should talk to Rens (nissancherryn12), he has found a european front lip which fits both the earlier and the later editions of the N12. Perhaps he knows where to find another one for you. :)
