Welcome to the forum!

The cherry looks like it has come up very well. Looks very nice now!

The pulsar's (exa) rear window is very odd indeed!
would the poor cars even start in such weather?

Welcome

Thats pretty interesting, that rear window, i've never seen something like that on a exa. Pretty unique if you ask me

The silver cherry looks very good, good luck with the ''unique'' frozen one   and with the e15et project, ill be watching your progress.

Hope you'll enjoy it here

Welcome to the forum mate!

Nice cars you have there! That Cherry looks almost mint! And so does the Sunny! Looks like you've got a big project with the NX ahead! :D

Interesting to see a NX in Finland... we didn't ever get any of those over here when they were new. If I ever get my hands on a NX, I wouldn't hesitate to buy one. 8)

I see the nose on your NX has been swapped to a Cherry nose. Personally, I think it looks better that way.

Well, at least mine does, after a few tries. A block heater is useful though. The carb E15 engines start up quite easily in these conditions, if the auto-choke is well adjusted (the butterfly opening-on-choke adjustment screw needs re-adjustment over time, because there are some parts that wear down over the years, causing the butterfly to open less and less on choke). You have to make sure you have a good battery and a strong enough radiator fluid mixture. As well as something to cover the front of the radiator with (for example pieces of cardboard), because otherwise the radiator stays too cool and cools off the engine too much. With these things in order, you are good to go! :D (yup, we Finns are crazy! :P)

Interesting idea, N13 bumper on the N12! Should be a fairly cheap (and pretty) modification since we have a lot of N13:s at junkyards. :D

New Ride

I have owned several weeks this car. N12 Datsun-Nissan Cherry 1.5GL '83 5-door model is rare than 3-door model in Finland. Few pictures.

Amazingly good shape, these 5-door models tend to rust away badly in Finnish conditions! So you got an engine for the NX, that's great! :D
