Thanks M8! It does look better now, I agree!
Looking back at how it used to be makes me really happy with how well it turned out to look!
Exterior had started to deteriorate badly... the reason to the trunk lid swap is pretty obvious. The doors had rotted away too, they ended up in
a junk pile. And the radiator support had practically rusted away. The frame of the car was completely intact and in good condition, apart from the rear end, where the rear bumper was attached to it. This project would have been hopeless if the frame wouldn't have been intact.
Transformers, more than meets the eye!
As far as the wheels are concerned, I have been planning to do this:
TurboZ.Dude wrote:I will fix up those wheels on the pix for winter driving... for the summer I have another set of steelies... but I would very much like to get myself
a full set of the 14-inch
Pulsar ET rims... and paint them black, and brush up the face so it becomes shiny, almost like chrome!
Like this (I photochopped Kavit'
s chrome ET rims):
The EXA seats are really comfy and good-looking compared to the stock N12 Cherry ones... the difference is enormous! I used to get
a sore back with the stock seats although I tried all kinds of positions.
I'll keep you posted.
Cheers!
