The bt is getting a freshen up

new hypatec piston and ring
new engine bearings and gaskets
aluminum engine pulley
lightened fligh wheel
shot pened rods
aluminum radiator

along with this i hope to build a quad throttle body inlet manifold

it just like any other brake conversion

just s15 calipers and rotors

redrilled rotor

i little bit of a milling

extend bottom mounting hole

and a set of 16x7 wheel thats it

there isnt alot in it just getting it all aligined

so thats the s15 5 stud brake discs, drilled to 4 stud and enlerged centre hole?
with S15 front calipers,
The milling was done to the face of the axle/driveshaft?
The bottom hole was opened up a little to accomodate slightly bigger center to center on the caliper (same as with magna caliper)?
16 inch rims needed to fit this disc/caliper size?

yes disc is converted to 4 stud and spaced 5mm out

2mm is milled of the caliper faced that is bolted to the hub

top hole in hub redrill to take larger bolt

bottom lug extended (weld on new lug) as caliper bolt hole centre are wider on the s15

i am using standard master cylinder but pedal is a little bit low

i think thats it
