breaks down when holding boost

hey guys i have a slight problem motor runs good and stuff

this is hard to explain but here it goes

i can boost up to 10 psi and it gets there quite quick i am running big front mount cooler

but if i keep accelarating it breaks down like when i want to hold 10psi

i can only hit 10 psi quickly and not for long as it starts breaking down

have replaced leads
have replaced fuel filter
have replaced dizzy cap

overboost valve? big gold thing on top of inlet plenum - wont let you past 10psi - take it out and replace with bung!

either replace the over boost valve or weld the top of it up

fixed problem it was a sparkplug and sparkplug lead causing it to breakdown when i got to 10psi

now when it reaches 10psi i can keep acelarating and it dosent break down

how did the plug look?

the plugs were a wierd colour will have to post pic like a dark yellow colour like as if they were running lean or somthing
