alright. I redrew it, about the best I can do without a scan. Here's what it looks like in a jpg.

And here's a link to a zip file that contains both the illustrator format and eps. There are two different files, one is for the cutting of the black, and the other is for the cutting of the orange. Both front and rear decals are in the same file. (Should be to correct scale).

Thanks again Ash for the measurements and better quality pics.

Thanks a lot Jay! Now let's see what the graphics shop guy says. 8)

Thanks everybody, looks like I owe you all a beer or something! :D

Well, if there is anything I can do for you, let me know! I haven't contributed much to this forum, I would be glad to actually be able to make a difference!

Cheers,
Jan

I pulled my finger out of my a** and went to the graphics shop. (I'm sorry about the delay guys, I was pushing to get the files and then I did nothing with them for almost a month )

The guy at the graphics shop was able to open the files but he said that printing the orange color instead of cutting an orange layer will make the badges last longer. They have some sort of special printing method and they can apply some sort of coating on top of that, he said that it will make it last longer than putting two layers on top of each other.

Anyway, he wasn't able to tell how much this will cost, he needs to consult with the manager, and the manager is currently on a short vacation (he'll be back next week), so I'll have to wait and see. They have my contact info as well as Ash's photos and Jay's graphics files so I hope they contact me soon.

If this all works out well, I'll take some photos of the badges.

Thank you everybody once more, this'll look great on my 'Pulsar'! :D

(As I have said before, I'm not putting on the 'turbo et' part of the badges before I have installed the turbo engine, I'm not a ricer )

Cheers,
Jan

Must be a time limit on the site. Like if the file isn't used in a certain amount of time it gets removed, I'll try find a more permanent place to host it.

jan this is very true, when they print the sticker they put a uv resistant coating over the top to make it last long and this coating doent come on the normal ninyl that is used for cutting stickers out of

I see! He didn't explain it to me in detail, because he was in quite a bit of a hurry there. It will cost EUR 40 (he was able to reach the manager to get the price) so it's perhaps not as cheap as it could be, but I prefer quality over a cheap price.
