erm, not without an intercooler it wont. It'll just make a whosh sound.

The larger the intercooler, the 'bigger' and 'slower' the flutter.

sweet. im fitting up a front mount atm, i have an ssqv BOV, and regular BOV both on seperate interchangeable pieces of the one section of the cooler piping. I was thinking of making up a third piece with nothing in it, for flutter if i want it. i get used to one, so i change to another!!

No cooler no flutter, The bigger the turbo the slower the flutter, I had a fmic with a t2, had flutter that was fast, Stuck a t25 on and it was a lot slower etc..don't see how size of cooler will change the flutter

If youdont want the bov to actuate and get flutter dont remove the bov just take the vac hose off it and plug the hose. If the bov still opens its fucked lol boost alone shouldnt be able to open the bov it needs the vacuum as well.

easier than removing a pipe :) whenever I was bored with my bov Id just pull over and whack a roofing screw in the line haha

haha yep the tiny lil charade turbo where a thumb wil completely block off the turbo inlet hahahahaaha

If you wanted to get fancy grab an valve thats electrically switched and run a switch to the dash. That was my plan, I liek being able to change it as I please haha Bov for when cops were about and flutter for when they werent. Flutter got me in more trouble with the police than thr bovs lol work that out

I never said no cooler = no flutter..Only way you can get some flutter with no cooler on an e15et is to stick the AFM in the cross over pipe, Chop the bottom part of and mod the pipe to fit, I've seen it done and you get a wee bit of flutter, Just better of sticking on a nice size cooler, Nothing thats over kill, Stick the AFM in the cooler piping around 30cm from the t/b and you will have loud flutter, I did this setup & it was fine, You get flutter with a cooler and afm relocation aswell with the afm before the turbz but it's nowhere as loud as with the AFM in the cooler piping
