Yeah it was very surprising. I was expecting maybe 210hp with 20psi.
It's got very low timing in it too. The tuner was trying to be safe. 14 degrees of advanced up top. But he said the turbo would still be in good efficiency until 22psi so should see another 40hp more. But i think that's enough. If i was to push it more i'll stick some race gas in.

Gotta sort out the head bolts now. It did pressurise the cooling system after being on the dyno after 2 hours.

I don't know whats working so well to make the power. Maybe its my 'custom' exhaust manifold lol. Or my split dump pipe i made up. What ever it is it's working. It's a pretty cheap build really.

Oh i think the reason why the boost comes on a bit late is he said he had to bring it on slow to stop it from spiking. Maybe a really good EBC would be worthwhile, but it needs either i stronger actuator or external gate to go much higher.

yup thats total advanced. so it was responding well to more timing but he did't want to push it because it was already making well over the power i was happy with (told him 200hp).

He's confident if i wanted with an o-ringed block and studs there's more in it with a few more psi of boost.

hey guys will get the dyno graph up asap. but 156.7 kw on 17psi ant 6400rpm. turbo is holding me back to much had to drop rev limit from 7800 to 6500 and wont support 20psi so an upgrade is needed.
