i took the PDF dimentions off Garrett site and myself and a mate drew it up on Cad program used for CnC machine (i work in a glass company lol) and boom transfered the CnC machines file to DXF for the waterjet and i tried it out and thats what i came up with lol
so now to cut one in mild steel and BAM!!!! #1 T25 flange for my turbo so i can start making my dump pipe

Dude! That is speccy.
You need to do a headgasket with the common blow out between #3 and #4.
In seriousness though, you could cut some polypropylene for inlet manifold insulator.

yeah mate can cut anything thats flat and has a drawing to go with it
but ya i could cut out some stuff that would save me some money for sure

Not for me, I made my own a few years back the hard way. But you could punch out a few and sell em here. Even knock out some RB30's and sell them on Ebay.
