i have a water leak out the bottom radiator hose to the block has any1 else had this problem ? i think it has just rotted away over the years . is there a way to remove the whole thing and make a new 1 ???

Those water nozzles are simply pressed and glued into the block.
You can het then up well and good and they will go close to falling out.
I imagine they must be still available new otherwise make another one from steel tube.
You have to clean out the housing, use some setting type of sealant like Stag and drive the nozzle back in with a blunt punch. There is a little stamped notch in the nozzle for this purpose.
I removed mine to cut it and shut it to the right angle i wanted to suit my different radiator.
Also moved the hose away from the dump pipe so I dont need to frig with thermal wrap on the hose.
