Question is is this mount stuffed or another mount, or some other problem?

Its not as bad as pic makes it look as there is a shine coming off the area making it look worse. But it still rubbing..

Cheers

forget what i just asked.

Problem found.

Rear mount not even bolted to the engine.

The bolt and nut is missing all together..GEEE wizzz.

The mount on engine side has an elongated hole.

Do i just do it up how the shock thingo lines up or is it meant to move a bit?

Eeeeyew... happens tho.

Those little shocks have fairly limited movement.
Just sort of center the little shock near enough and bolt it up.

be sure to check if you can select all gears (especially reverse) after fixing, the elongated hole allows for some adjustment of gear selection.

I thought the mount had the bolt bonded to it,then you just screw on the nut.

Oh thats just a plain nut and bolt.
As i mentioned before, just stroke the little shock from one end to other, middle it and bolt it up there in the middle of its travel.

Engine rotation problem goes away.

Your gear selection is another issue, either a partially munted rear engine mount allowing the back of the motor to sag down or the selector shaft/rod thingo installed upside down.
