35 - 40 seems to hit the spot.

I found 35 to be spot on for the ET's. I'm not sure if there is much difference with the guards between the two?

Not sure about guards, I ran +40 on my exa with a 5mm spacer on the rear & cut control arms, that was with 17's also running 205/40's, Anymore than +40 and you will start having issues

i found 35 with no spacer and a slight massage of the control arm lip and guard roll fits great with 205 40's. on an ET though.

wheel offset for EXA

Post by garry »

the wheels I bought are racing fears 6.5/15 with et 38 and 195/50/15, it looks like I will need at least a12mm spacer for the rear of my EXA.

No, You will need to cut the lip on the control arm back & use around a 3mm spacer & you will be fine

wheel offset

Post by garry »

The problem is that the wheel is hard up against the shockey, not the controll arm.

Get a pair of tin snips & trim the dust cover back as Shane just said, I had to do it when I had monroe's in my exa as their quite thicker than stock
