15exa wrote:hey guys. i am soon to be the new owner of joels vert, so with his permission i have permantly hijacked this thread to continue updating its progress in the one place.

i have started accumulating a few bits for it, like n/a pulsar front end for the sharknose, and a set 15" steelies that i will be getting widened. i dont have photoshop to do a concept of what i got planed for it, but i will be doing a sketch up over the next week or so.

stay tuned for some sick wickety mods........
looking forward to seeing the vision continued.
It will be interesting seeing a different interpretation.
Best wishes!

oh, and come get your stuff lol

hanging on to it still. just means i will be able to start doing more work to it without having to worry about not having a car to drive.

a couple of pics from last weekend. played around with the headlights and grille, to get them to sit lower, so that when the sharknose is done, lighting wont be sacraficed.

so all i did was basically removed the shroud that sit between the light/grille and bumper, so they can sit on the bumper, and i made up new mounting points for them.

the 2 main mounting point on top of the light will still utilise the original mounts, just from the bottom.

had to cut a bit away so the back of the headlight had clearance.

kane make sure it works with the exa bumper...
i believe it sits higher than ET?
you'll want to use the exa bumper as it is much better looking than the shitty ET one and it is longer which means you can extend the bonnet more...
I've got a spare bumper here which is yours if you want to take it and cut it up?

you sure? i rekon the et one will look schmick. just like the chop you did a while ago......

i know that isnt a et bumper in the chop, but its very similar.

the same chin spoiler too. not gonna get too much rake on it anyway. see how we go. can always do it again later if it doesnt look any good.

i stole that whole front end off a soarer ;)
the extra length would make a huge difference i reckon eh.
plus if you use the exa bumper you've already got the lip sorted ;)
