Looking for vacuum line diagram
Looking for vacuum line diagram
Does anyone have this? I haven't seen it in the n12 manual that I have.
My main problem is finding where the vacuum line closest to the throttle body goes and the small vacuum line the comes off the brake booster connects (plenum end).
Any help would be appreciated

At the moment I have the the vacuum lines set up as;
BOV - not connected
FPR to plenum nut (near the brake booster connection) then it comes out and Tee'd to Boost Gauge and throttle body
Brake booster nipple - plugged
Charcoal canister - to large nipple on the right hand side of plenum
Here are the photos I took today
From hear you can see that the FPR line goes behind the plenum
You can kinda make out the brake booster nipple and the the nut that the FPR line goes to and then Tee's off from
Any help would be appreciated and especially help with sizing a vacuum line that fits snug over the brake booster nipple as its smaller then the others

On mine that tiny one near the brake booster goes to the stock boost gauge controller (Vacuum to Electric convertor). It wasn't connected when I got the car, and I can't remember wether I got the answer from the forums or the manual. I just used normal vac hose to connect it, doesn't appear to leak.
EDIT: Just looking through the manual, It's the "Boost Sensor" And it's meant to have a delay valve in the line
My BOV is T-pieced into the Plenum -> Boost Controller ->Wastegate Line, before the Boost Controller. Don't know if this is right, it's just how it was.
And it doesn't appear that my charcoal canister is connected. I'll have to fix that.

So shiny in the first piks!!!!
write ya soon, just gonna go out and study up on mine again and jog my memory with the pro's and con's of the lines... looks wrong though from what I can see
Is it starting and if so, how's it sounding and responding to opening the throttle

The nipple on the T/B should run ONLY to the small nipple on the charcoal canister. Do not have the fuel reg teed into this line, it will cause high fuel pressure on idle!

don't block any of those lines as u can always have it leading somewhere to aid in something..
Did you mean the line behind the brake booster line thats going into the intake??
Have it going from their too the top small rail, behind the fuel rail. (there should be two rails behind that fuel rail)
The other end of that small top rail should go to the emissions canister, 'the bottom nipple on it where theirs one above it and a thick nipple to the side..
hope that helps for now

The very top nipple of the emissions canister should go too the bottom of that 90 degree bent short piece of rail then a small piece a boost line coming from the top of it looping down & across too the bottom small rail behind the fuel rail. Then the other end of that rail back over to the right side of the engine goes too (small piece a boost line again) the closest side of that T pieced bolt near the brake booster line. the other side of that T pieced bolt goes too the top of the fuel pressure regulator under the intake manifold.. Given u have the stock standard one still operating.....
