yes..

you have about 100mm between where the radiator currently sits and the front support so i dont think you would need to rmove it unless you have an insanely thick radiator!

if you are mounting a radiator under that bar keep in mind that it will be lower than the highest point of the engine, so you will need an external bottle to catch air bubbles otherwise the engine will have air pockets!

take a look at this:
you will see the tank on the passenger side in the corner there.

that or ur filler neck be like the original one and be angled out ad up so the radiator is under the radiator support and the filler is just up against it u wouldnt needa header tank for that :) unless u wanted more bling lol
