That is awesome! These guys both worked at Nissan at the time and were pretty sure they were gone! I'll let one of the dudes know next time I see him! He's got heaps of private pics of the Bluebird and Exa but isn't willing to share them unfortunately.15exa wrote:i did find the original moulds
i dont blame him. i also just forked out 90 bucks for 6 photos of the gibson exa from a private collection.SevPP wrote:He's got heaps of private pics of the Bluebird and Exa but isn't willing to share them unfortunately.15exa wrote:i did find the original moulds
yeah its pretty intense, as i said, not too sure how close im going to go with it in regards to exact specifications (brakes and suspension etc), but definately body work, wheels and running gear. i am also going to adapt a coilover to the rear end hopefully.shanec86 wrote:Cool, good luck with it, theres an absolute crap load of work done to the exa, especially underneath.
duuuuuuuude i got shit loads of pictures of it that i've taken myself. Underneath it, showing all the rose jointed sway bars, the rear coilovers, the engine/turbo/intake/interior/fuel tank etc etc.15exa wrote:i also just forked out 90 bucks for 6 photos of the gibson exa from a private collection.
