The thing with Sweden is that we have so much snow during november-march.
Right now the temperature is below 10 degrees celsius during night,
and it has hard to get over 15 daytime.
Its just getting darker and colder...
...and the race season has ended.

There are a couple of races left as I mentioned but on a very rough basis.
Like on airfields without track preparations, illegal races on the streets and so on,
but as the temperature drops the tracks and streets gets slippery and a bit dangerous.

The real race season is betwen the beginning of May to the end of August.
Good races in the beginning of September is very rare,
and not many tracks dare to have any races that late in the autumn due to the risk of rain.
If it rains in the morning it never dryes... =/

Tonight I didnt get anything done on the car since the reporter took all evening taking photos and writing down the story.
Tomorrow I hope to get the cluch out so my cluch specialist can have a look at it on wensday...

Only problem is that since Im on the other side of the planet
it takes about 3 months to get the car to AU...
...but if anyone knows of someone that would like to sponsor me on air-transportation Id gladly come to the Jamboree. =)

Hey Bjorn!!!

That vid package is great mate, shows the potential your beast has under the hood.
It's a pity that you couldn't make the last race of the season, and an even greater shame that they're shutting down your track, but we'll all be waiting for you to smash that 9 next season!
Why don't you take a well deserved holiday over here in Aus?

Thanks.
I dont think I can afford it and Im not sure that I have the time...
..in february-march I will know better.

During our off-season I will get new drive shafts and joints, renovate the diff,
prehaps get a new turbo, take the engine one more lap to the dyno,
rebuild the steering mechanism, make new engine fasteners, make a new gear box adaptor plate, and so on...
...so just because the season is over doesnt mean I get vacation. =)

Well, I went the easy way so to say.
I got a multi step boostcontroler: http://www.carmaniacs.net/wok/2005/ball ... ntrole.jpg
I can preset one boost for each gear/red dot.
It activates "next gear" when two of the cables from it is short circuted as a pulse.
I put a little micro swich at the bottom of the gear stick, so each time the stick passes neutral it gives the MSBC a pulse and it then activates the next step.
