Nah its not that sinister guys.
Its the same right thru every class. There is a practical , errrr..."limit" to every class and configuration and rarely, if ever, will you see someone miles out in front unless hes the only one to run that kind of setup!!!
There is only so much horsepower you can feed down to the road with a given weight and car setup and it becomes a matter of best managing that horsepower with the available technology you have.
Dont EVER rule out the driver over the car tho. These guys are very tuned into their cars and know and "feel" how to get the best out of them without leaving 400 meters of black lines!!
Strap in a bog stock E15et into one of those junior driven lawnmower powered 200 meter kiddie Tonka Toy rails that weighs about 250 kilos, fabricate up a 5 kilo carbon fibre body that kind of resembles a Pulsar, call it a N12 and see how you go then.
I bet you could reel off 10's all day and only have to do a valve adjustment once a year!
Hahahahahahah... now theres a thought!
