Melbourne Coffee & Doughnuts

Post by Timmzy »

Right.

So I'm too lazy to organise cruises and such, therefore I shall leeeeech of TToymods/TTCAV forums. They have monthly Sunday coffee and doughnut get togethers, and the encourage all vehicle makes and models. They sure make me feel comfortable in a Nissan, and you get exposure to some other great Jap stuff.

Some of you may be familiar that I do a lot of racing with these guys and I can assure you they are REALLY great people. Young and old combined.

SO Here is the details:

Hi folks

Rather than start a new thread each month for Donuts, I am going to try running the one thread for the entire year.

We have put together a proposed calendar for 2012. Some of the events are well and truly locked in, some can be changed if there is a better proposal. So please approach the TCCAV Committee if you find some where great that we haven't been to.

So the calendar is:

March 18th - Autobarn Epping (significant discounts apply for all TCCAV members)
April 22nd - Garage Classics Museum, Williamstown
May 20th - Brighton / Bayside (any suggestions of best venue?)
June 17th - Brimbank Park, Keilor
July 22nd - Jells Park, Wheelers Hill
August 19th - Preston McDonalds Car Park
September 23rd - Glen Waverley Car Park
October 21st - Cranbourne Hungry Jacks Car Park
November 18th - Werribee Motorkhana Ground
December 16th - Cars, Christmas and Snags, venue TBA

As you can see we have tried to spread the event right around Melbourne. I would like to slip something in that catered to our Bacchus Marsh/Ballarat/Bendigo and beyond members, but haven’t quite worked out when or where. Perhaps someone could do a cruise up that way instead.

These events will generally start around 8.30am and go for two hours, and any one with an interest in cars is welcome, even if you aren't a member of TCCAV.

So hopefully see lots of you at the Autobarn one next month!

Adam

ANd here is the link to the Toymods thread for this:

Ill be at the next one. Hopefully see some ET's and EXA's there.

At the previous event at Garage classics (I missed the last one) they had over 40 people with at least 30 cars.

Darren.
Race it.
