engine rattles

Hey engine seems to rattle a bit but only at 3k revs. Anyone know what this could be? Sounds like its coming from the back of engine..

It looks like my car has the same rattle but then much louder?! I'm trying to find out what it is, maybe the jackshaft?

heres a bad quality vid of a bit of a walk around, I give it a rev at the end. I could take a better vid tomorrow.

honestly to me it sounds like it could a big end bearing is on its way out i have had this happen to me a few times with stock bottom ends

altho doesn't a b end bearing keep ratting trough revs?

You have had this happen with stock bottom ends? Why? And what have you modified to 'fix' the problem?

The only reason you will/could damage a bearing is through poor maintenance or giving the engine a hard rev from dead cold!

Well mechanic of the day award goes to my wife for suggesting I look at things other than engine components.
She used to have a Milano the same a few years back and said he exhaust bracket used to rattle.
So under I went and low and behold it was a heat shield for the exhaust. :/
