lol dude +14 offset with a 10mm spacer will bring the whole wheel way out the gard... suspension clearance is the least of your worrys

Some people just dont understand wheel offset... amazes me :shock:

Because +14 is quite a neutral offset (mounting face close to the centreline of the wheel), and its not a very wide wheel, the back face of the wheel wont hit any suspension component. Your worry will be the wheel hitting the guard. You may find you will need to roll the guards quite a bit.
