runing rough NEED help

Hey guys i have just fitted a 28 garret turbo and when i start it up it idles ok and when the engine is warm and cold start comes off i can rev it out to like 5 grand 4 or 5 times then it when i try to rev it again it it bogs down and runs rough and wont idle and cuts out thats with out turbo piping on and when i put that piping on it wont rev at all and smokes lots any ideas and struggles to idle ?
