Fuel pump relay problem.

The fuel pump doesnt seem to be getting power as it doesn't prime. While poking the relay with a test light, I managed to get the pump to prime and constantly run by bastically earthing the green wire. The relay has 4 wires, a red wire (coil), green (ecu loom?), red (fuel pump), pink (loom). The car...

Re: QLD

Tuesday morning I spotted: -A white ET near Eden's Landing, looked fairly stock. -A stocko blue exa in Marsden, with middle aged woman driving it. -And also a silver ET in Greenbank, which I'm pretty certain was mav's. Most n12's I've seen in quite a while. You can drive through loganholme harvey n...

Alright, so I replaced that. Which has bought back power to my hazards, interior fan, headllights, and horn. The fuel pump still doesn't prime and I don't have power to the car radio and the thermo fan. (which can be activated on a switch) and lastly my central locking. While exchanging plugs on non...

Yeha I thought the wire themselves must have been the fuses, ala the old school fuse wire on a house switch board. I'll get onto it sometime this weekend and see if that fixes my problem.

Cheers mate.

I found the section you were talking about E, wired to the starter motor. 2 connectors, 2 pink, one green, and a black that was fried in two. The wiring looks shit old and dodgy, so I'll replace the whole section. By fusable links, is there supposed to be fuses inline on some of those wires? Or that...

Glenn, yeah it's the same car. I seen Nick at the shops a month or two ago and he'd said that he blew the motor up and was getting rid of it. It might have changed hands again since he owned it? Dunno. CLNGMH, nice buy mate. Great to see it got put back on the road and not seperated for parts. Will ...

Re: Bigger Engine swap legality in QLD, answers here

I know Jon in Bris did the SR20DET swap years ago, http://www.performanceforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=67210269 Don't know where it is now, it obviously physically fitted, the rest of the systems to make it driveable would be needed regardless of CA or SR. FYI Jon's set-up is still in B...
