Car now lives, It would appear that the factory fuel pressure reg was faulty, hooked up the aftermarket one an it started straight away. Now all i need to do is get some better hose clamps to stop the hoses coming off

will try the hoses tonight, will swap em round an see what happens.

Would the plugs stil spark if thedl distributor wire wasn connected?

I labeled everything that i could so i didn't get anything mixed up an also took pics.

Im starting to think that the injectors are blocked but the car should at least attempt to start, the chances of all 4 being blocked is slim

Used a test light on the connectors an it light up nice an bright,
Motor was out for a week while i changed a few things.

There is definitely fuel flowing from the pump,, the motor was running minutes before i started removing it. Im thinking its the injectors not getting a signal to pulse / flow fuel, because i put fuel in the motor threw the spark plug hole an it ran for a few seconds. Just not to sure how to test th...

Ok i pulled this motor out of the car then put it in the new car, i left the loom on the motor. After alot of reading an research i have decided to go with the Haltech Sprint 500,. I will also be attempting to wire it up myself, i have the wire colours etc all worked out so it shouldn be to hard,

Cost isn't really an issue, im looking at getting a microtech, i was just wondering what peoples experiences are with it, stuff like that.
