I had that happen to me and its the turbo. Well it was for me.

Go to the silvia website and get a new/second hand one for a couple of hundred.

If you need a hand with an airbox like mine PM me as where I work does the nice black thin metal in big flat sheets and can be bent as well.

And I have pic of how I done it.
