awile back when i was chasin et parts found a guy in beenleigh who had a conversion kit for a ca18det engine for a et.... not sure if this is what ur asking about but he was trying to sell em to me for 200 bucks

Hey guys im doing my tappets 2 night when i get home i was reading the manual and it says to adjust them to

0.28 Hot (0.011)

or

0.22 Cold (0.09)

Just confirming i adjust them to the hot setting correct?

CA18DET would be the easy and cheaper conversion and an SR20DET would be the better but more expensive and harder option. it comes down to how much are you planning on spending? i think ill go the CA18DET just planting the seed to missus. about letting me do it :P it all takes time so it gives me t...
