yeah you should be able to turn it by hand.

yes.. you have about 100mm between where the radiator currently sits and the front support so i dont think you would need to rmove it unless you have an insanely thick radiator! if you are mounting a radiator under that bar keep in mind that it will be lower than the highest point of the engine, so ...

if you knock down the lip on the bottom, the hole is 750x350 i am currently measuring up for radiator and cooler so i have the measurements handy
