CAS in this country are of 2 types,M8 MK1 pre facelift CAS had no covering over the electronics. Mk2 facelift had a sealed CAS, where the electronics were not seen,ie a sealed unit. when your car died on the drive and only back fired,that is deffo the cas.
When they go cold again, they may work for a short time, then stop again.
Most dizzies that do this are the early 1's, with no covering over the electronics inside.
The later 1's are sealed units.
Get a good dizzie.....

If the crank angle sensor in the dizzy is naff, then you get backfire and none starting.

in other word you got the firing order rigjht.

I spotted the water outlet is not a e15.

Yeh thats right.

Seems like the ht leads are on the wrong firing order.

i think this will work if you put in the sensor .
do you not need 1 with waterpipe for your turbo,or is it oil only on your turbo.

Hi all
Are these suppliers anygood and has anybody used them for pistons plz.

When the car is cold it is loud but still makes some noise when hot but not as much.Compression is low too at 8.5 bar.
