When I pulled out my dash to replace it with another one I got the same problem as you when I had re-attached the new dash and everything was in place. The only difference from your case was that I had problems with the hot and cold lever. It would get stuck halfway from hot to cold, or maybe it was...

I might have some extra parts for you, if we can agree on the prize, a ECU, the engine bay wiring loom and possibly some other stuff. E15ET's are rare in finland, but i have two of those, + my m8 has one in his B11 Sunny. the block is the same, only differences are the oil pipe outlet on the main o...

FYI: My posts are rather long, I'm not used to forum posting even though I am an IT student :P. From now on I'll try to keep my posts a bit shorter. Y? Make 'em as long as you like M8. Its YOUR thread! If its too long its THEIR problem. (A man after my own heart)!! L8tr E ((master of the long winde...

I've finally got my hands on some E15ET parts. I've bought an E15ET intake manifold that has 270cc injectors from CA18ET and a Ford Sierra throttle body. I've also bought a E15ET black rocker cover (that is paintstripped and polished), and a set of Cherry SGL seats, those are the same as the Cherry ...

yeh no need to unbolt the gearbox, however i remember there's 2 bolts that are a pain to get to on the box side i think there's a bracket or something in the way but bit of fiddling can get around it There are 2 nuts near the gearbox that aren't easy to get off and those are a pain in the arse to g...

Perhaps this helps? According to http://www.autozone.com/servlet/UiBroker?ForwardPage=/az/cds/en_us/0900823d/80/13/1a/e0/0900823d80131ae0.jsp they should be the same in the bottom end regarding attachment of oil pan and shape of gearbox. That page shows diagrams of the E15ET (and E16S, but that has ...

Yep it's possible. Take a look. This is my n/a engine. I don't remember the layout of the oil cooling system on the E15ET (that doesn't exist in the n/a) but If I remember correctly it shouldn't be in the way. http://s213.photobucket.com/albums/cc119/TurboZBuzz/Engine/Engine25Dec2007.jpg http://s213...

I would recommend doing the entire E15ET swap. Then you could go about removing the turbo (and rocker cover because it says turbo on it) to satisfy your local regs. By doing this, you will have the base for both EFI N/A and turbo when you want to bolt the turbo back on. The reality of it is that yo...

that is probably all there is on the n12TURBO forum, sorry. But i'd wager that the turbo fuel system will easily cope with the NA EGI set up. C Yeah I know this is a turbo forum, that's why I'm here. I'm going to convert to E15ET when I've got the money and time. I just can't wait to do it. 8) I gu...

yes, just as long as it delivers the right pressure and flow rate to the injectors. So it could be in-tank, or out of the tank, doesn't mattter C Ok. I know a store that sells electrical fuel pumps among other things. Thanks, that solves the pump problem! I don't want to start replacing my fuel tan...

Well... you need the whole fuel pump/lines/injection system. What kind of fuel pump is that? Is it connected to the engine or is it attached to the fuel tank? The n/a fuel tank would be a problem if the fuel pump has to be attached to the tank. In that case I would have to rig up an aftermarket ele...
