I have been using a welding mask and telescope lol.

my eye sight must be bad because I had to put a cheap kids telescope up to my welding mask.

While my 12 year old step son could see it with his bare eyes.

26 and my eye sight is pretty bad lol.

Could it be seen with the 'hole in the card trick', or would it have been too small of a shadow?
Done this before with solar eclipses and it works well.

yeah it did work with that damo

my boss and i being the smartasses we are, grabbed an OHP (over head projector) and one of the sheets for it. i had a UV filter in my camera bag so we used that, and we put venus on the wall of our office building. was awesome, got to see slight shades of colours aswell because of the UV filter
