I had one in the mid 90's, so my knowledge is way out of date now! but there is several big forums on them and general one on Mitsubishi's with a few racers on it.

If your looking to buy one, look for one with a VR4 transplant, if you get one with the stock 4G62 you'll regret it

Yep,

Agreeing with above on chasing one down with a VR4 in it. 10years ago I watched a buildup conversion of a stock VR4 engine into one of those and then watched it run a 12:12 quarter mile at Calder with slick circuit tyres onit.

It was ballistically quick on the road, and my stock ET - at the time - was reduced to a distant last when we were 'tuning' one night.

It was then sold and converted into a track car that ran for many years in several different catergories including and upto state level. It won its class several times.

I don't know where it is now. Last time I seen it was burgundy with yellow stripes on it.

GET ONE.

ive had a couple very poor performance but were got a starion were doing up and its totally different goes much better
