Turn it up real loud!
Its a 1.5 litre V16 BRM from around the late '40's.
About 600Hp.
I love these old GP cars and their magnificent engineering!!
Enjoy!

Yer i love the sounds of really obtuse kinds or race engines:

Here another that is just music to me.
Its a Honda RC166 6 cylinder 250cc GP bike from the '60's (again)
About 50 Horsepower @18,000rpm.
What a wail from those pipes!

Don't mean to hijack but this was a sweet sound that I remember from Bangkok. I'm sure many Aussies will be familliar with it.
The combination of Nuttter drivers, being blind drunk, being in an open vehicle and the rotary'esque noises coming from below your feet makes for a terrifying experience and great sound

Might be an exciting ride visually but it sounds like a slightly tuned up lawnmower.............. FAIL!

LOL.....Yeah I guess its a have to be there thing. And for for a 100 or so baht per ride I dont think those poor bastards will be affording a 13B under the hood anytime soon. Well at least let it be a Scott Bonnar under the hood.

This brings an old Pommie Ford lover very close to tears!
Listen to a Cosworth BDA 1.6 in all its 9000rpm glory!

Enjoy:

Oh man that is the "BDA SOUND"!!!!! Nothing like it except perhaps for a latter day 4age. Its head is a close copy of the legendary BDA.
