All right then.
Since you knobjockeys cannot unnerstand playn inglisch i took some pix.
I couldnt be bothered removing the grille as i have to remove the spotties to get the grille out so its an outside look. Hidden away.
Nice and subtle I reckon. no need to advertise on a rat look ute!
The bracketry is so simple its not worth showing.

Image

This next one is the turbo outlet side.
I was not unable to run the pipe in a straight line from the turbo directly to the hole in the front panel as the inlet piping for the turbo would have to be moved too close to the manifold and would end up melted so thats why the turbo pipes run in such a manner... ahh well.

Image

The return side to the plenum also carries the bov which now hides under the plenum.
Out of sight, out of mind.
I couldnt be bothered buying anything or just making up a cone to reduce the 2 & 3/4" Throttle body inlet down to the 2" cooler tubing so i cheated and brazed the end of an old ET Pulsar turbo crossover pipe with its "hosetail" on the end of the 2" cooler pipe, slipped over the rubber sleeve that joins the crossover pipe to the E15et Throttle body, and then jammed this up the bum of the stock FJ20 rubber elbow and clamped it up.

Fits nice and tight and dun look too bad. Ill get the correct silicone reducer elbow someday!!!!

Image

Lastly, the bov is now tucked under the FJ20 plenum and the radiator hose and is quite well disguised when looking from the front. Its a loud bastard of a thing!
This pic was taken from right on top of the guard looking down and in.

Image

There you go. Interestingly, the digital camera really highlights the dirt and crun in there.
Its no way that grubby to look at but damn that camera makes it look like crap!!!!! LMAO.

I understand the need for conformity. Without a concise set of rules to follow we would probably all have to resort to common sense.

Umm, Im fucked if I really know Josh. never had it dynoed. However, it was dynoed by the dude who originally had it at 200 Kw's at the treads @ 16psi boost.
Intercooled FJ's are rated at 150Kw.
This one is currently running only about 2 Lb above stock boost so i imagine about that stock figure.

Im going to make a boost controller this weekend and crank the gnarly old fucker up to about 12psi.

We'll see how it goes then eh????!@!!
1050 kilo ute with about 170Kw.
Want a race?....heheheheheh!
