or to charge the buggers who just damaged them! if you look on youtube under anti terrorist bollards ( i think ) theres a video showing them being tested and i dont think anything could damage them they run a lorry into them at 56 mph and the things still work

i have that video. company is called 'bollard'.. the damage to the truck was amazing..
