HeY Guyz, Thanx for All the Feedback so far,
its come along way from the day i started, all in the backyard,
but slowly we will get there, i dont have any power figures at this time,
because it hasnt been kicked over yet, still a few little things to be done,
dont wanna use a airflow sooo gonne get a computer instead? Haltech maybe or WOLF? I dunno ur opinions would be nice.
Still havent figured out the what sort of coils i should go for the ignition.
So if you know something, dont be shy ;) ..
The Engine mounts were pumped with Polyurethane but im not quite sure on the hardness, but the blokes that did it, know what they were supporting.

The intercooler is 450 x 300 x 60, It took me quite a fair bit of fiddling wif the pipes to come out how i wanted them, a whole lotta patience, with putting them on and off, but now they are lookin like there fine..

i hope that helps you guys, thanx for yourtime,
waiting for your replys///

Hey I'm interested in your engine mounts. Noltec did them, but how'd you go about it? give them the old mounts and they filled em? what stiffness nolathane? Did you get all of then done? whats the cost?

mate first sorry that i hadnt seen your question
as for the mounts i took all mine in to them the 2 side and the 2 back and front cost me 400 or bit more i cant remember axactly it dont sound cheap but if you tried replacing them with standart non originals almost cost u the same and i couldnt even find the back one new its not in the parts book that repco or autopro carry so if you need to change them go like i did
for the hardness just ask the guys there and tell them what you want
and they will do it as for mine not sure about numbers but it suppose to be 3 times harder i cant confirm that because still not on the road

Hello once again to everyone on the forums hope we are all well,,

havent been on here in a while cos i been tryna get the exa running right,...

Thats rite you seen rite,,, the exa was runnin for 5 minutes ,before i decided to check my oil, THEN I Realised i had a MaJOR drama... the sump was full of water, i was getting milky oil, COULDNT BELIEVE MY LUCK!!!

Naturally i thought blown head gasket or cracked head..

i took the head back to WESTEND.. Sam there was great, done a crack test, in house, on the house.. and offered to put the head back on for me.

in the mean time i got a original head gasket also from nissan ($90) cos i wasnt sure about the cometics gasket. though It looked ok when i took it off, i thought it was the head...

Sam got back to me, with the good news.. NO CRACK IN HEAD..

Which then made me decide to put on the original gasket..
kicker her over... warmed her up.. checked the oil...

and wat do you knoww... SHE ISNT MILKY ANYMORE :)

but now i think i have a fear air leaks that i have to locate because she seems to be running awfully rich and when i turn her off...

she wont start again.. unless i disconnect the fuel pump relay and, kick her over and she will start and die out, when out of fuel.

then when i put it back on and kick it over.. She wanna start but wont...

dat i think is because of the airleaks?

so before i get it a exhaust and dyno tune i think as a temporary solution i mite get a DFA, and see if i can have it runnin smoothly

any feedback, ideas or queries from u guyz is always appreciated...

Nice colors in the engine bay, I happen to have the same color scheme myself in my N/A. :P

The intercooler sits very nicely... looks very pro. Nice work! A lot of interesting modifications, and no messy wiring. That's how a N12 engine bay should look like. :D

I hope you get the mixture problems fixed, I'd love to see what that beast does on the dyno. ^^
