Engine room gets dirty and messed up pretty fast but have to try to take pictures at the right time.. AC is now functioning. Yesterday was a hot day here in Finland and it was funny to test the system. Changed the crank axle wheel from N13 E13 to get compressor's band straight (at the same time had to change also alternator and water pump wheel to fit the alternator band from N13 E13). Here's crank axle wheel comparison N13 E-motor vs. N12 E15ET:
gti066.jpg
The first condenser tried was leaking at the area marked with red colour:
gti071b.jpg
But managed to order a replace part from a breakers yard from our neighbour country Sweden. New Europe-model N13 condensers are rare parts, don't sell those in USA for example, and pretty pricey (about 950 Australian dollars). AC-receiver driers are more universal and easier to find and it was replaced at the same time.

Here's custom tube-pipes to-from compressor because the standard ones didn't fit with the turbo:
gti067.jpg
And here's the another "kompressor" :D :
gti073.jpg
AC-idle compensation was easy to connect using a single wire from N13 wiring to E15ET wiring. Without it idle dropped to 350-400/min when the compressor was activated.

Feels that this E15ET gives more than enough power also with the cooling device working so pretty happy with the car now.. :)

Painted again over whole N13 (MIPA matte black) in the summer because got some colour shade problems after local rust repairs. There's also so called N13 pre-facelift front buffer installed instead of earlier post-facelift. This new one needed a hole for radiator blower.
Sunny_HB004.jpg
The car is optimal now for my use. No mods needed and in the future daily driving summertimes, repairs if needed, and good service + care.. :)

Planning now a E15ET motor swap for this ascetic B11 Van with E13. A little bit of funny retro datsun-look here (manufactured -90).

And sorry its dirty here..
SunnyHB2033.jpg
I've builded up one standard E15ET with new bearings and gaskets for this
gti065.jpg
And there's also another spare E15ET (condition unknown).

Found also this (mouses like to play with this I suppose, some scratch inside :D ):

 :D

I think it's an exhaust manifold for a T3 flanged turbo.. Don't have a suitable turbo yet.
But it seems that I have to cut out the pipe with round flange to fit this with cherry turbo's radiator (?). Looking for more power this time.

Have to solve some issues in my N13 GTI (CA16DE) first before winter (bodywork, gearbox) and after that it's time to get back with this B11. Couple of days earlier got some stamped papers from our Nissan importer (Nissan Nordic) which make it possible to get trought the car inspection after the motor swap. There is no suspension or brake mods needed for the inspection but they could be sensible of course. Btw. the car has leaf springs in the rear end.. :? :)

Time to try to put the plans into practise with the B11 Van. T3-turbo isn't going to be part of this first setup, just modest garrett T2 with water-cooling to make tech-change car inspection more simple to get through.
Relays and electrics are in the making. The motor wiring is already in the car.
Here some applied parts:

Fuel lines are going to include these:

Yes, had to disassemble some parts, do some cleaning and remove rust first, and weld a place on the side of the right strut tower. Then primer, colour and clearcoat layers. :)

Here is cleansed diesel-cherry front brakes, new vented discs and hubs with new bearings. Had to weld another of the baffle plates.
vani004.jpg
Some coloring for pipings and air cleaner box (resembles "nissan air-cleaner blue"):
vani009.jpg
Head cover is also painted with the same colour.

Going to use this cleansed and painted B11 E13 blower with flipped propeller on the front side of radiator.

Changed this return spring for gearbox clutch lever with not so much effect on return force. It seems that these parts doesn't get old so easily-- ;)
